Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens! To ensure fair access to all clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This policy allows us to provide timely availability to others in need. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 954-444-6577 Payment Policy - When booking individual appointments, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled session. - Package purchases must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Cancellation Policy - Individual Sessions: -- If canceled more than 24 hours before the session, the 50% deposit will be retained as credit for future bookings. -- If canceled within 24 hours before the session, the 50% deposit is forfeited. Packages: - Cancellations more than 24 hours before the session do not impact the package's remaining session count. - Cancellations within 24 hours before the session will result in the loss of one session from the package, which will be deducted from the remaining session days. Rescheduling Policy - Sessions can only be rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session will require either: -- Attendance of the session, or -- Cancellation, subject to the Cancellation Policy above. No Refunds - Payments for individual appointments or packages are non-refundable. This includes missed sessions, no-shows, and cancellations.
