Welcome to Hyperbaric Healing. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully as they govern your use of our website and our services, including hyperbaric oxygen therapy and other wellness treatments.

By accessing our site or booking a session, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Overview

Hyperbaric Healing provides hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions and wellness treatments to promote healing and improve overall health. Our therapy is designed to enhance oxygen levels in the body to support various wellness and recovery benefits. Please note that individual results may vary.

2. Booking and Payment Policies

Booking:

Clients may book therapy sessions through our website or by contacting us directly.

Payment Methods:

We accept major credit cards and other standard payment options, which are securely processed. All payments are due upon booking.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this period will result in loss of deposit or package day. Please see our Cancellation Policy for more information.

3. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Hyperbaric Healing offers non-invasive therapy, but clients should consult with their healthcare provider before beginning any wellness treatment. Our services are not intended to replace professional medical care or diagnoses, and clients should not disregard medical advice based on information from our sessions or website.

4. Session Duration & Punctuality

Each Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) session lasts 75 minutes and begins at the scheduled appointment time, not at the time of arrival.

Late Arrivals:

If a client arrives late, their session will still end 75 minutes after the originally scheduled start time, ensuring fairness to the next scheduled client. No additional time will be provided.

Arrival Time:

Clients are required to arrive at least 5 minutes before their session to allow for a brief pre-session check-in process. This includes recording BPM (heart rate), blood pressure, oxygen level, and forehead temperature before entering the chamber.

No Refunds for Lost Time:

Clients who arrive late forfeit the lost time and will not be eligible for any refunds or adjustments.

5. Privacy and Data Collection

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Age Requirements and Consent

Minimum Age:

Clients must be at least 18 years old to participate in therapy without parental consent.

Minors:

Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to provide consent and remain on-site during the session.

7. Payment, Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

Payment Policy

When booking individual appointments, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled session.
Package purchases must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Individual Sessions:
- If canceled more than 24 hours before the session, the 50% deposit will be retained as credit for future bookings.
- If canceled within 24 hours before the session, the 50% deposit is forfeited.

Packages:
- Cancellations more than 24 hours before the session do not impact the package's remaining session count.
- Cancellations within 24 hours before the session will result in the loss of one session from the package, which will be deducted from the remaining session days.

Rescheduling Policy

Sessions can only be rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session will require either:
- Attendance of the session, or
- Cancellation, subject to the Cancellation Policy above.

No Refunds

Payments for individual appointments or packages are non-refundable. This includes missed sessions, no-shows, and cancellations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hyperbaric Healing is not responsible for any injuries, conditions, or adverse reactions that may arise from the use of our services. By participating in our therapy, you acknowledge and assume responsibility for any associated risks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weston Hyperbaric Therapy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the effectiveness or suitability of our services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed under applicable law, and we are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials provided by Hyperbaric Healing are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without prior written consent.

10. Modification of Terms

Hyperbaric Healing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Hyperbaric Healing is located. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this state.
